The Australian Robotics and Automation Conference 2022 (ACRA 2022) is hosted by the Australian Cobotics Center (ACC) and will be held as a hybrid conference.
Since 1999, ACRA has brought together Australian and New Zealand researchers and students in the fields of robotics, automation and mechatronics.
It provides a forum for presenting a broad range of research activities to the wider Australian community.
ACRA is a quality, peer-reviewed conference, and is featured on Scopus, Google Scholar, and other ranking engines.
The Australian Cobotics Center was established in August 2021 and is focused on implementing collaborative (or cobotic) robotics within Australian manufacturing.
The Center's research addresses both technological advancements and human and design factors that must be considered when implementing new technologies.
Funding for the Center is through the Australian Government through the Australian Research Council's Industrial Transformation Research Program and industry and university partners (Queensland University of Technology, University of Technology Sydney and Swinburne University of Technology).
