European Robotics Forum in Odense in 2023
It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the European Robotics Forum 2023 in a modern, easily accessible and spectacular city: Odense, Denmark.
The European Robotics Forum 2023 (ERF2023), the most influential gathering of the robotics community in Europe, will be held March 14-16 in Odense, Denmark.
ERF2023 covers all current aspects and issues relating to the field of robotics.
Researchers, engineers, managers and a growing number of entrepreneurs, businessmen and public funding officials from all over Europe come together to discuss the technological push and market attraction and how to accelerate innovation in robotics and AI linked to robotics.
2023 marks the 11th anniversary of the first ERF visit to Odense and, likewise, the anniversary of the formation of euRobotics through the merger of EUROP and EURON.
As in 2012, Odense is still known as a leading hub for robotics, but has undergone a huge transformation since the previous ERF visit.
A showcase for what can be achieved in 10 years.
The strong collaboration between science, the Municipality of Odense, public and private partners consolidated the leadership position of the city and ensured a strong vision for the future of robotics.
We would like to invite the ERF community to come and experience developments firsthand and discuss plans for the future.
ERF attendees can be welcomed in the state-of-the-art meeting facilities of the ODEON and the Radisson Blu HC Andersen Hotel, located in the historic center of Odense, within walking distance of the train station.
ODEON is a newly built 32,000m2 conference and concert hall with space for up to 1,750 people.
Along with the adjacent Radisson Blu HC Andersen Hotel, 41 meeting rooms are available with facilities for any type or size of event.
ODEON is managed by the Radisson Blu HC Andersen Hotel, which has 35 years of experience hosting large international conferences and events.
The large spaces of the foyer, open and bright, lend themselves well to networking between exhibitors, food tables and kiosks.
This will ensure a natural flow of attendees through the exhibition area.
Everywhere on site, you'll have free high-speed wireless Internet access, and all meeting rooms are equipped with projectors, projectors, screens and whiteboards.
