The goal of the seminar is to be able to:-use KUKA.Workvisual as a programming environment (IDE) -declare and use complex variables, loops and subprograms -local in KRL (KUKA robot language) -programming user messages in KRL - program movements with calculated positions and relative movements in KRL -program the reactions to the sensor or to the PLC input using the interrupt programming. Contents: -Work with the WorkVisual development environment -Adaptation and transfer of robot projects -Creation of programs via remote access -Structured programming with KUKA Robot Language -Variables and declarations - Subprograms and functions - Message scheduling -Creation and modification of programmed movements -Programming of spline movements -Manipulate the points -Work with system variables - Stop programming - Use of logic functions in the robot program -Creation and programming of individual submissions - Detect and avoid robot collisions -Configuration and use of collision detection -Configuration of workspaces for system security
