Robotic Automation Training, WeldPRO

Students taking any Lincoln Electric robotics course should have a background in electrical applications. We suggest you take the Entry Level exam to determine your skill level. Please do not register for a class until you have sufficient electrical knowledge to pass this test at 80% or better.I am offered courses in basic robotic programming (5 days), intermediate robotic programming (5 days), advanced robotic programming (5 days), robotic service training (5 days), WeldPRO ™ (2 days). WeldPRO ™ Prerequisite: Basic robotic programming and / or intermediate robotic programming and advanced robotic programming WeldPRO ™ is FANUC® Robotics' plug-in to the RoboGuide offline programming tool, which allows users to simulate a robotic arc welding process in 3D space. Driven exclusively by a FANUC® Robotics virtual robot controller, WeldPRO ™ is equipped with the most accurate program teaching tools and cycle time information available in any simulation package. A user can easily navigate through WeldPRO ™ to create complete work cells by importing CAD files of tools and workpieces. Anyone familiar with programming a robotfanUC ® will be able to easily create new welding paths with suitable torch angles and process parameters. All programs and settings from the virtual work cell can be transferred to the real robot to reduce installation time.
