RobotX is a community of innovators driven to make substantial contributions in the field of autonomous, unmanned and multidomain vehicles. We explore, encourage and make discoveries within three key platforms:
Challenge - virtual interactive
Within these three platforms, participants create new mechanisms, collaborate, form connections and increase expertise and inventiveness for maritime robotics.RobotX is an international program that invites innovators to create autonomous vehicles in all domains (air , land and water) to respond to the challenges of the public and private sectors. Virtual RobotX (VRX) 2022 Contest | An international university-level competition designed to broaden students' exposure to autonomy and maritime robotic technologies. Student teams will use their vehicle in a gazebo-based simulation environment built by Open Robotics and Naval Postgraduate School. Students will be tasked with developing innovative solutions to ensure that their virtual USV can perform prescribed tasks in this environment. The tasks of this competition were derived from RoboNation's Maritime RobotX Challenge.
